At MPLD Consulting, our representation can handle all aspects of development from site selection and due diligence, government entitlement, zoning and public representation, to approval and permitting.
In addition to new construction for commercial buildings and residential builders, we also specialize in redevelopment projects including tenant improvements, hospitals, surgery centers, ALF/CLRs, country clubs, expansions, retail big box and site relocation.
Entitlements include rezoning, land use changes, platting, water districts, conditional use, utilities companies, due diligence, Phase I, comp plan amendments, variances, landscape plans, regulating plans and site plans.
During initial discovery, we attend city and county meetings to address the areas where your project involves planned urban development, environmental regulation, and local zoning and variances.
Upon the issuance of the construction permit, our program manager will provide the full program administration and management for the entirety of the project from commencement to closeout.
At the helm of MPLD Consulting is Rebecca Miller, our Founder and President. Her reputation precedes her as a trusted, and respected industry leader who built her success based on subject matter expertise, relationship building, exceeding expectations, and on customer satisfaction. Rebecca is also the founder of a regional think tank for economic development called PREA that coalesces with business leaders to advance a regional economic development perspective. Due to her stellar reputation, Rebecca has been asked to serve on many task forces and boards. Through her private, nonprofit work, and commitments, she maintains very strong relationships with our region’s key business leaders in both the public and private sectors.
Rebecca Miller is founder and president of Miller Permitting & Land Development, a development consulting company in its 15th year serving and working in the Palm Beaches, the Treasure Coast and throughout the State of Florida, with offices in Fort Pierce and West Palm Beach. Her current projects exceed $1.5 billion in value.
